H-drol cycle

I'm thinking of doing an h-drol cycle. 75mg a day for 4-5weeks. Many people have said to split the dose of HD throughout the day and others have said to just take 50mg in the morning and 25mg at night time. What is the best way to take these?
 
I'm thinking of starting at 75mg. I might or might not move to 100mg. I was thinking i would do one in morning one mid day and one at night
