H DROL cycle: PCT?

I am about to run my first H drol cycle and overall, my first PH. I was wondering if any of you guys can look at my PCT and tell me if it'll be good?
(It's OTC).

*I am also running cycle assist during my cycle*

If the stack is fine (test cycle), how long should I take it for? A month? (4 weeks)

And how would I take my PCT?
