Let me start off by saying its my first time posting and creating an account here but i come to this site for everything i need to know about supplements and have found it extremely helpful.
I am 22 years old 6'2 and about 195 pounds ive been working out for about a yeara nd ive seen some excellent gains since ive started. I have taken some supplements including a couple different preworkouts (jack3d no explode) and just recently finish a 4 week run of titanium and erase stack. Ive been really considering about taking a mild PH and after some research ive concluded that a good one would h-drol. Like i said its my first cycle so im not looking for anything two extreme but am open to other suggestions on other mild PH's. I try to work out everyday and focus on one area each day every now and then taking at sat. or sunday off. My diet i would say is not anything im to worried about because in my eyes its goods. I get 3 decent meals in a day some times 2 and a snack followed by a protien shake or 2 throughout the day.
so i was looking what other people ran as far as h-drol cycles and this is what im thinking
4 week cycle 2 pills a day 1 in the morning 1 pre workout
sns liver support
anabolic minds cycle assist ( 1 week b4, during, and pct)
and also multi vitamins with fish oil
For my PCT im not sure. Any input/help here would be great. I was thinking Nolva 40/30/20/10 but was wondering if i could use reversitol v2 if that would be enough instead of nolva or not. like i said ill be using cycle support also for pct and take some creatine monohydrate.
So how am i looking here?
