h drol beast cycle help

hi im taking h drol and i was just wondering when im taking 75 mgs how do i space it out? it says take 2 in the morning and 1 at night but why not 2 at night? or why cant i space 3 pills in 24 hours? also should i take it with food or wait 30 min?
