H-Drol and hypoglycemia.

I am on my first cycle of H-Drol, 1 week in and there seems to be some pseudo-hypoglycemia occurring. I looked around and sure enough found that a few people have received this symptom. It really blows.

Some decent nausea. Very hungry feeling after eating, yet unable to eat anymore. No sweating or shaky hands like a real hypoglycemic attack, but a good bit of anxiety, nausea, and lethargy/weakness.

It's getting old, because i'm about to stop taking it, been on just over a week and i can tell i could have some great gains if i could finish the 4-weeker.

Anyone have any advice?

Although i see it as irrelevant, there are of course alot of dumb people out there, so i will reassure everyone of the following:

Proper support supps

50mg/day split dose

CEL H-Drol

Weight is 220.

Diet is on par. Been lifting/dieting for quite a few years now.

Might want to lower the dose, see if that helps. Otherwise, have plenty of complex carbs throughout the day, and as you mentioned you cant eat any more, suggest maybe a cytogainer - say 1 scoop. Should keep the bs levels around normal.

Other than that, maybe the guys can have some better advice.

So you're specifically suggesting more complex carbs. Timing with these matter or just throughout the day? I'm usually taking these doses with oats.

I do have a large tub of Malto and plenty of whey.

*awaits others opinions as well*

I would advise for throughout the day.

Just a thought for you, whenever i felt "hypo" on any Mythlated PH, i always had a banana or two handy. Works a charm.

I got this way while on M-drol. Usually went away after I ate but still sucked to have to go through with it. I'll 2nd the bananas, they work great!

Will it be a long-term fix or just a band-aid. Aren't bananas a simple carb?

Simple/complex - contains fiber. I wouldnt call it a quick fix bro, your running h-drol and apparently you need the occasional boost. Try keeping your complex carbs under control thoughout the day and it should help.

Other than that, taking a banana or two a day wont hurt.

Battle through it, mate. Use stims if you have to to combat lethargy. Take advantage of the hunger to eat more, and just keep eating regularly. You only have a few weeks to go. Unless it affects your job and livelyhood, just think of the net gains in the end. Good luck!

Ifhe is getting hypglycemic, I would suggest AGAINST taking stims, as those would make the hypoglycemic effects a lot worse! Try the banana trick which was suggested, or some type of quick acting carb. When yo beocme hypoglycemic, your blood sugar gets too low, and yo need to give a boost quickly! I am one who gets hypoglycemic on certain methyls, and I eat a couple of bananas or drink some juice and eat some crakers.

do you get this feeling at specific times during the day?

i had a similar situation years ago, part of it was due to not eating large enough meals in the morning. the first two or three meals of the day were the largest and i was constantly not eating them, thus suffering throughout the day.

i hope your situation improves.

When you start feeling hypoglycemic, drink some orange juice or eat some peanut butter they will both raise your blood sugar levels

I appreciate all of your help, guys.

I usually have 2-3 bananas per day, but will add some maybe.

I refuse to use stims while on cycle as my BP tends to raise a bit as is. Unsure whether Halo has this effect on me yet, but i like to lean to the safe side. I appreciate the thought though.

I do have 2 jobs(1 semi-physical, the other is very physical), 2 kids and a wife. If it keeps up, i'll discontinue, perhaps switch over to something else i have lying around for a few weeks. I have my carbs right at about 450g/day. I also bought some glucose tabs to keep on hand.

Again though, the advice is much appreciated!

Just wanted to say that basically, it doesn't seem to matter what i eat, shakes or solids(but i do have a solid 7 meals per day EVERYDAY - i don't miss a meal....ever), i feel like **** for about 4 hours post-pill.
