hello all. I am 5 11 170 (not overweight) and over the past week especially past 2 days have developed gyno. I was taking magnesium for 2 months and this this helped me sleep much better and i believe increased my t a lot. I did start quercetin for allegries a couple of weeks ago and maybe this caused it? what do you all think? Thanks for the help

make a appointment, see your doctor, have some tests ran.

what type of gyno, puffiness behind the nipple or a bump? if puffy buy letrozole, if a bump buy cabergoline and bromocriptine. both can be found at Invalid Link Removed

How old are you? Magnesium would not cause this nor would it raise your TEST levels very much

It could be your holding water for some reason. Do you feel any lumps?
