Gyno

Also if you are mid-high teen++ bodyfat, lose some weight... I struggled with gyno for ages and took everything and nothing worked until I got below 15% then once there ralox destroyed it (for natural could use what SNS suggested that has helped control it in the past)...

He meant your body-fat %.

He was giving an example of how the higher the body-fat %, the more issues that some people have with estrogen.

I am 43, had mine cut out at 40. $2500 bucks, local anesthesia, I was in and out in a few hours. Best decision I ever made.

What was recoup and or down time from lifting? Heard it was painful

Was not bad at all. Had to have drain tubes for 2-3 days and wear a compression type bra. Doc told me I had to lay off chest workouts for 2 weeks and that was mainly so the stitches wouldn't tear.

Not a bad way to spend 2500

Yea my case is the only one I have heard where it was done with only local anesthesia. It was crazy, I watched the whole thing as they cut it all out. Everyone else I know that has had it went under anesthesia and that requires a hospital with a anesthesiologist and the price was a lot more, like around the $7k mark.

Ok that’s what I had heard $7-10k and that it was very painful etc

Can you take both supplements at the same time?

Yes, a lot of people take them at the same time.

A lot of people use Inhibit-P for mood and libido even if they're not having prolactin issues that they know of.

Yes I am wondering how much of it is bodyfat My abs are not in more like I have an ab but how so you tell if its bodyfat or gyno?

Inhibit-E is a good choice if it is estrogen related.

Inhibit-P is a good choice if it is prolactin related.

There's a lot of good feedback here on both products and we get a lot of referrals from endocrinologists and HRT clinics for both as well.

Here are links to the products/write ups:

I just started the Inhibit E but how would you tell the difference between it being estrogen or prolactin?

@PolishHamm3r77 gave great answers above.

The only way to really know for sure is bloodwork.

There are a lot of times that people think their gyno symptoms are estrogen related but then don't see any improvements with estrogen lowering products and it turns out to be prolactin related.

There are certain compounds that increase prolactin, and some people naturally have issues with high prolactin levels. And even for people that don't, in many cases lowering their levels can help them have a better mood, energy level, libido, and help them sleep better. It can also help the refractory, or recovery period after sex.

We have a lot of people that use Inhibit-P for prolactin issues, but just as many or more than use it to help their mood, libido, sleep quality, etc.

Thank you Steve!

I believe prolactin changes post orgasm as well

You guys give so much incredible info Is there a comprehensive blood test panel I can get that will measure everything? Test free and total Estrogen Prolactin HGH LH everything? I would love to see all my levels on all of these and if you can suggest more that would be awesome, thank you

Thank you.

There are some test kits out there, but I've always had my bloodwork ordered by a doctor. If you request a hormone panel, most things would be included but you may need to ask them if you can include prolactin and cortisol.

Some doctors are cool about it, others aren't. If you try it, I would tell them that you haven't been feeling yourself and you just want to see where your hormone levels are to see if anything is off or at least to have a baseline result for later in life.

Thank you! I’m only regurgitating knowledge I have gotten from people on this forum that are a lot more “in the know” than I. Steve from SNS being one of them.

Marek health or letsgetchecked are 2 sites that I have heard of just watching vids on YouTube. If you got on YouTube and search “bro chat” Fouad has a coupon I think it’s RBP20 for marek. Don’t quote me, just going off memory.

I have not used either and this is only from YouTube influencers

Thank you The one thing I have found out about most regular doctors, they know nothing about anything in these forums, they know maybe a little about Trt but they are 20 years behind guys in this forum It really is insane

Eh, most of them deal with such a wide range of issues. I bet they spend a lot of time on diabetes, obesity, and general seasonal illnesses that’s it’s hard to keep up to date on TRT.

At least for me I’d avoid hospital based chains for that, I feel like they have already pre-determined that they don’t want to specialize in it.

the lightbulb went off for me about 15 years ago when my then wife was developing sore breasts from mastitis post baby delivery and the dr literally had to look it up and print out the web page from web MD. Then when I went in for a hernia check to another dr and again, they pulled out an anatomy book to identify a tear in my adductor.
