Gyno

Hi finished a cycle back in June however believe that some rebound gyno is starting to occur just wondering what’s best to take to limit this and make my nipples less puffy

3 months after a cycle?? usually estrogen rebound only occurs either during pct or right after it 1) did you do a good pct? 2) you sure it's not in your head? I've noticed that your bf% as well as diet can have a pretty big impact on how your nipples look like. If I eat really bad foods for a few days I tend to notice my nips hold a little more water than normal and can result in thinking "oh crap I have gyno". But then I up the cardio and broccli resulting in less water weight and no more puffiness. real gyno hurts really bad and gives you firm glandular tissue that develops under your nips. You'll know for sure once you actually get it. If you want to take drugs....the only thing I could suggest would be to run nolvadex at 20/20/10/10 for 4 weeks and see if that does anything. If not, then letro should be a surefire way to at least reduce it. If you really really want to know for sure if something is up, get your blood drawn to see what your test and estrogen levels are at. If they are fine (which they prob are by now) you're tweaking.... if not then get on pct meds

If its that long after pct I wouldn't recommend anything but raloxifene, it will block the receptors in your nipples. You have had blood tests right? You know your hormones should be in range? You wouldn't want to actually go messing around with what should be stable hormone levels by taking a serm or AI if they're in range.
Good luck.

Aye I will go for blood tests, I may be freaking out but today I noticed my nipple was puffy and a bit sore and it hurt when I went for a run
