Gyno!!

Hello all

I believe I have gyno puffy nips and a semi hard lump under it

It went away when I did an Epi cycle earlier and cam back after a month or two off cycle... Maybe it's from letting my diet go a bit

I have another cycle left what would you recommend as a good defense against this
I used Erase pro and reversitol together and they worked for a while
 
Also I got one chance at this Epi left and probably won't ever hunt this down sadly

I'm in the process of cutting before I go on cycle and was also thinking of an ostarine product to use as cutting

I'm hoping that weight loss might help with the loss of gyno. Open to your opinions
 
Weight loss will reduce a pseudogyno wich essentially is just fat under the nipples.
yates84 i don't totally agree with that.
Most AAS ultimately suppress Testosterone production and with that Estrogen production as well.
Some AAS can "free" Testosterone in the beginning of administration so the aromatase can convert it.

I'm sure you know that and meant it that way but I still feel it should be pointed out.

All aas/ph/ds/sarms do this. Ostarine doesn't raise estro directly the same halo, tbol, or rad140. These compounds just occupy the receptors and leave our natural test to aromatize at a heavier than normal rate which some people are very sensitive to. I think we are saying the same thing but in a different way. My warning was simply meant to not think that you could use something in place of osta and not have any gyno worries. Anything that occupies the androgen receptor can indirectly increase estrogen.
 
And people need to know that estrogen rebound (which it sounds like what is happening here) can happen from a cycle of anything. NOT JUST EPISTANE!! Erase isn't going to do shiit OP. Get some Exemestane or Letro and some Ralox. Hold off on cycling anything. Get your current situation under control before you even think about it. Not under control for a week, under control for a while. Then you can start figuring out a run of something. Do not start a cycle when your hormones are already out of whack.

With the exeption of Compounds with much weaker affinity than Testosterone (wich usually aren't used by our kind, but still :) )

But yes, we are saying the same thing. Just wanted to make clear the mechanism in case someone thinks Osta directly increases Estrogen (believe me, some guys may do from reading your first post here).
 
You can still use any compound if you have any hard nodules (true gyno). Just need to take the proper precautions (nolva, exemestane).
 
I'll look into all that stuff I'll do my research on he proper way to take it all nolva seems to be very popular is this an easily attainable supplement?

Thanks for the responses everyone really appreciate it and I was just wanted to do this last cycle right I'm in the process from dropping from 225 to about 185~195 I wanna to get to about 10%bf and then run my last cycle right before Hawaii ��
 
Hello! I hope this is right section and I hope someone can help me.My problem started something about 5 years ago when I was 12/13 years old.
gyno,pseudogyno or just fat? thats the question... I mean its gyno and I dont know what to do, can anyone help me?( I am 18 y.o.) I´d like to add some photos, but first say me if you can help me pleas. Thx Mark
