Hey guys. I'm 28 years old. 6 feet tall, 200 lbs, about 7-8% BF. This is my third cycle with no signs of gyno before. I am running tren ace, test prop, and masteron. 50mgs of each EOD. I've ran this cycle before but at the beginning of this one, I decided to start at 75mg of each EOD and had some very mild gyno flare up about 2 weeks in. I was taking arimidex .25 ED. I noticed a small lump under my left nipple, but when I touch it, it's not very sensitive. No puffiness, no itching. The size of the lump is about that of a pea. I've since then, dropped back down to 50 mgs of each compound and raised the arimidex to .5 ED. It's been about two weeks and the lump is still there. It may have gotten slightly softer, but it may just be in my head. Is there anything I should do different? I don't think it's serious enough for letro but I don't want it to get to that point and I will do anything to avoid gyno. Please help fellas.
 
Arimidex slows/prevents conversion of testosterone to estrogen. Nolva works directly on breast tissue. So you can still run the AI but lower dose, maybe .5mg E4D you don't want to push estrogen too low either.
 
I understand all of that. I've just heard that they work against each other if ran together. I'll take your advice if you are 100% positive. Have you had gyno issues?
 
Good friend :) I just told you. That's how I do it. You can drop the AI if you want as long as there is not too much circulating estrogen. If you think there is not then run nolva solo as I suggested or run low dose AI along side. Your call.
 
Hey bro. Just wanted to thank you for your help. Ran the nolva like you said 20 Ed. And been running Adex .25 e3d and the lump is flat and almost completely gone. You don't know how relieved I am. Thanks again brother!
