Well, arimidex and nolva should help if it is estrogen related. As far as removal of lumps, the only thing I know that has potential to do so without surgery is letro... letro has some intense sides though, so I'd go with the arimidex or nolva first. Nolva on cycle can hinder gains though.
 
I have seen people saying letro lately, but nolva has much more science and real world results behind it. Tamox is selective to breast tissue estrogen receptors and starves the tissue of estrogen, whereas letro just kills all floating estrogen. It is like a smart bomb vs. carpet bombing, much more targeted and effective.

I'm gonna quote myself in this one even though I know it's tacky. What I should have said is I have heard that has potential to help with gyno rather than surgery is letro. This is not fact, nor is it my experience, just what I have read on the boards... and it is simply one opinion on the matter.
