gyno with a difference

Thought this was best forum to post this in.
Noticed a lump under my nipple the other week. In past i have been prone to gyno but i have been off cycle for two years. Followed proper pct after that. Only supplements i take is whey.
Can't really understand getting gyno after two years drug free. 32 years old so not that old yet.
Docs sent me for some bloods. Any ideas?

How do you know it's gyno?

Doctors felt it. Hard lump under my left nipple he seemed agree with gyno.
Just baffled as to how its come about two years off the sauce

Bloods will tell. Hopefully he did thyroid test e2 progest etc.

Yeah he got me down for full blood count, liver function,oestradiol,glucose, testosterone, tsh and urea. Tests are for Friday just got to show up at clinic.
