Gyno? What now?

Did 4 weeks of methyl sten and then finished pct in first week of October. Last few days of methyl sten had itchy / burny nips. Did pct of Nolva 40/20/20/10, Daa, erase. Well even after that now have a couple of painful hard lumps under right nip (no lactation). Nipple is not puffy and cant really see, but there are definitely lumps - almost feels attached to my chest muscle. No lump under left nip, just slightly irritated to the touch. Appreciate any ideas / suggestions?

Went to endo / breast specialist this morning. He said definitely is gyno, but a mild case. He said to try decrease caffeine intake, take Vit E, primrose oil and ibuprofen for a couple of months to see if helps. If not its surgery time. He said there is no way to get rid of gyno by taking anything (tamoxifen or letrozole). He said he does at least 5 gyno removal a month. Out****ingstanding!

On the bright side if u have it removed u won't ever have to worry about it again. Yeeaaaaah buddy.

I had mine removed early this year, even though they remove the entire gland they can't guarantee that there is not a tiny bit left...and if that is stimulated u can get gyno. In saying that I haven't had any dramas!

Interested to know why he recommended to take iburophen for?

Cheers

Haven't a vast multitude of individuals reported success in getting rid of gyno via letrozole?

Keep in mind, a lot of doctors don't know what they're talking about half the time.

a vast multitude of people also think their fatty nips are gyno. so something as dry as letro would make it seem like their gyno is gone

Exactly. I do have gyno but the first time I ever freaked out about it I thought they were growing... I was retaining water from too many simple carbs. Err my grrrrrd

I'm in your shoes. I have gyno. Tried letro for 30 days and it helped a little by reducing my puffy nipples. But I still have extra fat/glandular tissue on my chest. I'm starting to come to terms that the only thing I can do now is have the surgery. Cuz that's the only thing that can get rid of it. Surgery

Sorry to hear that. It sucks.
If mine wasnt so damn irritating and painful i wouldnt worry about it, because it is not really that visible. Im gonna wait a couple of months before scheduling the surgery. Might try some letro...

Ya I would probably give letro a chance maybe you will have better luck. I wish mine wasn't noticeable..

If you're getting surgery, skip the letro IMO. I started shedding like MAD when I took letro. Decided I'd rather have gyno and a full head of hair than the opposite... Gyno can be removed

That, and you risk more serious sides like damaging your joints, blood clots, etc

Thanks - think you might have persuaded me away from letro. Already have one problem - why take a chance of adding more issues ....
