Have u run any AAS?

Before doing much of anything else, lose some fat and trim up your physique.

I have only ran one cycle and it was 4 years ago. Did a Epic Labs Goliath low dose cant remember if it was 4 weeks or 6 weeks with a pct SERM and test. After reading and help from the community, I am no where close to using any PHs. My diet isn't right, sleep habits are horrible, i feel tired throughout the day, haven't trained in about 5 months, have been under stress from being recently laid off as an oilfield engineer. I do not know what is going on with my chest. All I know is that I do need to set my diet straight and train hard naturally for a while. Maybe some help from some natural supps, but I do not know. Yes I need help :(

Then why is my left pec slightly bigger than my right?
Could just be left pec muscle is structured differently underneath. I agree that it looks like too much visceral adipose tissue rather than gyno. If your nips aren't painful and no hard masses forming behind them it is just extra fat tissue. I suggest a cutting diet and lots of extra cardio on top of a rigorous resistance training program. Good call on holding off on the PH's at this point.

When my bf I'd high right pec is alot more puffy gyno look when I get down to sub teen bf it looks fine but if that worried get bloodwork check estrogen and prolactin levels

Looks completely normal for slightly overweight person (no offence), you dont only gain fat on the belly when you gain weight but as well on the chest, same applies when you loose weight fotunately!
I just had a 2 weeks beach holiday and if that is gyno than half of the man on the beach had the same "gyno"

Ha! No offense taken, more motivation!

just looks like extra fat my man.
At 20 percent body fat myself, if i got any more, i would start to get man boobies.
I am also in the oilfield, "Was" and am laid off.
Instead of having bad sleep habits "Like we do working in the patch anyhow" get them right, get that diet right, and get to the gym.
I was a sorry excuse for a dad, and life for about 2 months, 12 pack a day and no excuse for anything.

Im in the gym, living and loving life bro.
just get that weight down, when you get to 20% BF or so, cycle.

I hear ya brother, sorry about your lay-off, times are tough right now in that industry, but it can only get better from here on up. 12pk a day? Sounds like a great post-workout haha. Seriously though, thanks for your input, everyone else that has as well. Will be hitting it hard the next few months.
