Gyno symtoms

I'm in my third week of 500mg test a and 300 mg tren e and my nips is starting to hurt. I have adex on hand but not sure how to take it. 1 mg every day until symptoms gone then every 3rd day there after. Or from the start every 3 rd day for the remainder of the cycle. Any suggestions would help.
 
You should have run the Adex at .5 eod and it could be prolactin so you should have run caber at .25-.5 2x a week. A mg of prevention is worth a lb of cure. I'm just getting over a gyno flare up from being too lax with my Aromasin. I upped my Aromasin dosage and ran 40mg Nolva ed for a week and 20mg ed for about a month. I'm gonna go ahead and finish off the 60 I had. There's other recommended protocols but this is working
 
If you have previous gyno should you just run an AI from the start? Not entirely sure how to go about it and I can't seem to find info on it.
 
Some recommend waiting 3-4 weeks if you run long esters but IMO it's better to prevent it than treat it so I'd run it from the beginning. It also depends on how prone you are to sides like gyno

I was thinking the same thing was just wondering why people wait. Me being very prone to gyno since I have gyno from puberty means I'm running 12.5 eod the whole cycle and probably partly into pct to be safe

That's a good idea. Run it for 2 weeks after the last injection. Estrogen rebound is a bitch
 
I'm on trt so I blast and cruise and I run my Aromasin blast dose for 2 weeks after I drop my test down to 200
