Yep, it’s pretty long actually. Plan on 1 week at home at least for real, maybe 2. You need to do it in the fall or winter so you can keep everything wrapped up and covered with clothes but don’t wanna be sweating on your fresh healing wounds.
If you have a physical job you’re going to need time for the stitches to heal, a desk job probably sooner. I started doing leg machines pretty quick in the gym but got a hematoma over one pec that may or may not have been exacerbated by training that took 3 months to dissipate with lots of massage.
I scheduled mine right after when I planned to quit my previous career so I could rest.
