Gyno reversal sides

I am currently destroying some long term gyno with ralox and exemestane(once a week/every other week) and it is working really well, I am about 8 weeks in and as expected starting to get some really sore joints. I will only go for a little bit longer, but was wondering what do you guys do to keep your joints working when smashing your estrogen levels?

I am not getting any other symptoms of crashed E, libido is fine, hair is ok, skin is a little bit bad, energy levels are consistent (pretty bad to start with haha) I am no more irritable than usual or anything like that.

A joint support supplement always helps me. Like joint support XT by SNS

but in a pinch any joint support supplement would probably do.

Omegas and high water intake may help some.
You could also try Helios, if you have some.

Yeah I am taking some generic joint supplements and lots of water atm, I will look at helios been recommended quite a lot, I just get screwed over by the USD-AUD exchange. Do you think Ice baths would be beneficial at all or make it worse? (been thinking of starting them for other issues)

I do find some resistance band work does seem to relieve some pain some reason too.

Yeah I would think it would make it more painful, but then also I know after the ice bath the body gets more circulation/reduced inflammation and increased recovery... but then again low estrogen could counter act all that haha. I think I was just hoping for someone to give me some ancient technique really, haha

Epsom salt bath 🛀

just to let you guys know, I added some cissus quadrangularis in 1,200mg a day and it seems to already be helping two days in

How is this going? Also, how are you dosing these? I didn't really understand what you meant by "once a week/every other week."
