Gyno question

If gyno flared up in the form of itchy and sore nip and Nolva was taken until it was gone, could they just take letro or liquidex from then on at .5 EOD or should they stick to the nolva at 10mg ED? This is all on cycle. About 5 weeks into a 10 week test e cycle at 600mg.
I have asked this at a few other sites and got one answer, was looking for more opinions.
