Hello everyone! I usually post on another website, but I've been reading a lot of the forums here lately so I thought I'd make a profile. Anyway, let's get to the point of this post. In short, I think I have gyno. I read somewhere that one can test himself for gyno by lying flat on his back, taking the thumb and the forefinger and placing them outside the nipple, pressing down and into the pec, and then squeezing then together while maintaining this downward pressure. You're fingers are supposedly to meet, with only skin/nipple in between. Mine, however, grab a fatty mass of tissue. I'm recovering from being really sick for about 2 months, so I'm pretty out of shape at the moment. I weigh 163 pounds at 5'11 and probably have around 14% body fat, so i guess it's entirely possible that the appearance and feel of my chest is due to two other things besides gyno: I store a lot of fat in my chest, underdevelopment of the lower chest muscles. Anyway, I've made an appointment with an endocrinologist just to be safe. What do you guys think? Do i gots the gyno? (Oh yeah, I've never used any kind of prohormone or steroid so i guess supplement induced gyno can be ruled out) Thanks for your time!
