gyno issues

So im running a low dosage test e /deca cycle, and can already see the beginnings of gyno faring up, as I'm very prone to it.. nolva is on the way but im wondering if i should stick to low dosage of arimidex while on cycle. I've heard that if the gyno is caused by deca that nolva won't work..
