Gyno help

Ran a stack of 3 bottles of trenzaone and epistane and finsihed cycle around thanksgiving when i went to visit relatives i was still on cycle but forgot my pct at home (nolva). It was a stupid mistake on my part but i went for around 5-7 days without pct after finishing up a 6 week cycle but started it once i got home and the gyno came back after i finished 4 weeks off it. I have (rebound?) gyno and its getting bad. I have Tamox on hand, should i use it 40 for one week than 20 untill its gone? And should i use Letro with it since i have it? And use .25ml and taper up every 5 days another .25 untill i hit 1mg than taper back down? Basically how should i set up my Tamox and letro since im confused? Also should i order Ralox? Or is it not necessary?
 
Taper letro up to 1 mg ed. With just that you should be fine but some others would use nolva too maybe 20 mg ed. Oh and expect to lose all ur gains

So use just letro not that tamoxifen also? And is my letro set up right? It's been 4 months since ive been on cycle...
 
Letro taper .25 the .5 then .75 then 1 mg then ride that out till gyno is gone then taper down the same way 1 mg to .75 to .5 to .25 then use .25 for a week then drop the letro and use the Nolva so you don't get rebound gyno from the letro. I would throw in an OTC anti E when u start the nolva also

Taper up .25 every week or day?
 
So im going to run the letro .25/1/1.5/2/2.5 than run it at 2.5 untill it goes away/reduces significantly. Once im done with the letro ill start up nolva 40/20/20/20 and keep running 20 till its gone. Hows this sound? I also will be taking pse erase throughout the whole time to help yaknow?

I think I dropped mine too quick been taking 5mg letro per day for first week now 2.5 per day.. ( I know its alot but I am on cycle and running high doses) , noticed killer headaches nothing else yet so be careful lol
 
I ran the same cycle...trenazone with epi with a little msten in there. Never got gyno on cycle, took clomid pct. around 3 months after cycle, gyno flared up big time. I used letro for a month which reduced it, but 2 months later it came back. By this point, it was around 6-7 months post cycle. Here's the key that killed my gyno and lumps completely: run prami .2-.4ml /day, run letro 1ml/day, then hit nolva 1ml/day as you SLOWLY taper off letro. I ran this for over 2 months. Be very careful with prami. It will make you extremely sick if you start out with .25ml/day. You will feel like crap but it works.

I had to stop takin prami and switch to caber, it made me VERY SICK to the point I would throw up and couldn't eat or keep food down. . The sides for me with that were awful!!!
 
I started prami at 0.1ml at night right before bed... Literally 2 drops. Then week 2, took .2ml, then week 3 took .3ml. It definitely works, but it's so easy to overdo it.

5mg of letro? Um, your letro is bunk or severely underdosed.

For on cycle letro usage, .25ml (.625mg, or 1/4 of 2.5mg) every 2-3 days is enough to control estrogen.
 
Lol my letro is not bunk it takes 60 days for it to stabilize in your blood, I am running a high amount of gear and only used the 5mg per day for the first 7 days and then dropped it down to 2.5mg.. I use MJ research products and they are all legit... And .625 is not enough to control 2 grams of test and 700mg of tren per week.. my friend is ifbb and he helps me with my dosing and compounds.

I agree with you on easily being able to over do prami, i bought a bottle last year and couldn't even take it. It made me very sick
 
Ok i just ordered prami. Ill run letro tapering up ever week or as needed at .25/1/1.5/2/2.5 untill gone and ill run the prami at .2 ml to start and adjust up from there. Ill start the nolva once im tapering off the letro

Personally I would of ordered cabergoline over prami but that's just my opinion
 
Do i run the prami from the start of the letro and all the way through the tapering down of letro and during the nolva or is there a time when i should stop the prami
 
Damn man do some research yourself people on here don't like to spoon feed. And the 5 mg of letro is ridiculous. Even 2.5 mg is more than u need. Letro is extremely harsh and should be handled with care. And to the whole thing about your friend being an IFBB pro JUST BECAUSE HE IS HUGE DOESNT MEAN HE KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING HE IS JUST GENETICALLY GIFTED THIS IS HOW BRO-SCIENCE STARTED. Your seeing it a different way than I ment you to, I am saying he is experienced with these compounds and has been using them much longer than i, but anyways I do my own research only a fool doesn't. What's the problem to ask a question that's what the fcuk people do here.....

Yea and 5mg is alot, accept I'm running very high mg and aromatizing compounds and my estrogen was very high and it was needed. Plus I have had 0 side effects by running at that dose in the beginning not to mention even none at 2.5mg but everybody's body works differently and you know everything right?

Lol we're all learning more everyday man I didn't mean to piss u off I just stated the obvious and what everybody else is thinking. But dude if you really took 5 mg of letro a day and didn't feel anything your letro is probably bunk but who knows for sure maybe you are one of the few people that don't get sides but still 5 mg is unnecessary.

Estrogen was at 285 is now 18
 
Letro
Nolva worked for my bad case of gyno cleared up In three weeks continued for another 3 and tapered down dosage on the last two weeks. It almost vanished.
 
Ok i have my prami now and started it today. Did .5ml of letro and about .3ml of prami. The prami weirdly tasted like cotton candy, hope it's legit.

Goodluxk with the prami it made me sooooooooo nauseous..... I couldn't take it ... After spending $70 lol

You have to start low low dose and work up. Also helped to dose pre bed with benadryl to pass out quick.

I did dose b4 bed, any amount I tried made me wicked sick I would wake up in middle of night throw up bunch of times. Wake up in the am throw up would last about three hours after I woke up

I have seen it but at a quarter of normal dosing for a week this seems to work out for ,most bunnies guess its caber time!
