Gyno?? Help!

Got a lump under the top of my left nipple. Just finished pct of a beastdrol cycle. And I've have it for the last 2-3 weeks. I have letro on hand. Should I try that out?

I've had gyno for a year. Quarter sized hard lump. Just finished a beastdrol cycle, nolva and erase for pct. A week after I started erase my gimp has almost disappeared.... amazing.
