Gyno... Help... Please...

I posted up a post earlier asking for some help... I also asked if someone could point me in the right direction.... Guess, I should not have done that(( did not ask for anyone to name names)) ..... For some reason , the post got locked... I seriously need some help... I have read and read and read.. And yes, LL kool whoever.. I got off of my butt and read... and I read alot.. I am a 38 yr old man, and I know how to read, and I know how to use the search button..
I have done so, and have not found the info I was looking for.. So I did what I thought any smart person would do... I asked questions... I found what I was looking for on where to order my Nolva.. But I did not find any answers to my other questions..

To me, my questions are important.. They deal with my health.. Sorry if that upsets anyone.. I thought thats what forums were for.. To help people out.. I have received alot of good help from people on here, and I was hoping to get some help with this.. And yes.. I read and searched..

Never had gyno before, and yes, I have used steroids in my past, and yes, I will tell you that I am ignorant when it comes to them now... Even after reading...

So if anyone cares to read my other post, please just email me some info since I am not susposed to ask about it on here.. I would greatly appreicate it...

I am alittle worried about the gyno, and I would like to do what is right... (((( Not Guess ))) at what is right or wrong.

nolva + get your bf% under 12% is my only advce. if that doesn't work go see a real Dr. and be honest with him.
 
Thank you for the reply Drew... Have some Nolva on the way. Just do not know how long it will take to get here... I have alot of other questions, but I am not gonna bother people on here with them. I think I have asked to may questions. I am trying to get more info from other boards that I have found to... I am searching them this morning as well.. If I do not find what I am looking for, I am sure I will upset someone, but I have to ask questions...

But I do appreicate you offering up some serious and sincere advise..

Not necessary to run Nolva & Clomid. For symptoms of gyno: Start Nolva @ 60mg/day until symptoms subside and then taper down. Anything else is optional IMO.
 
Did not plan on running both... Was just gonna use Clomid for my PCT... Should have got me some Nolva from the get go... But.. Made the mistake thnking that Gyno could not happen to me since I have never had it before... Lesson learned.... i will have it on hand from now on..
 
I read several threads and after all of the reading lastnight, I am still not sure if I should start my PCT with the clomid I was planning on running, or should I just take the nolva with my retain ... and hopefull that will take care of my gyno.. Or should I take all three of them.. Clomid.. Nolva and reatin ?

No, That was me asking IF I SHOULD ... take them all together.. I had no intention.. was only planning on running the clomid and retain at first... But after I got the gyno, I did not know how I should run them... Was thinking....Since I got gyno.. Should I run just te Nolva by itself ? Or Should I go ahead with Nolva and my retain ?? or should I run all three.. Still do not know if I should run the retain at the same time as the nolva ... Was in the process of starting my PCT.. So now gyno pops up, and I do not know.. Did not read anything pretainging to it.. Yes, I read several post on gyno.. and all stated that you should run Nolva.. But I never saw a post saying that they ran retain with it...
 
You might consider using an AI along with your NOLVA. Some people consider it overkill, but I'm of th emind that Gyno should be addressed aggressively.
 
Other than AI's and nolva, surgery is the only way to get rid of it. The drugs can reduce it, but only surgery can remove it.
