gyno flare up during first week of cycle

I am on day 7 of my cycle.
currently taking,

test en
Anavar at 75mg a day
proviron at 50mg a day

any suggestions to get rid of the gyno? it gets more irritating every day

.5 ED until it goes away then .5 eod or e3d to keep it away, yes, run it the whole time until you start your pct, then replace it with erase or erase pro (or a similar mild AI).

I used a liquid nolv/clomid combo. Works great! Personally took mine down from large marble to gone in just a few weeks. Pain subsided after just a couple of days.

What does would you suggest on both? Im going to go with the nolv\clomid since i also have the "marble"
