Gyno during PCT !

Seeking advice. I'm in my late thirties, 208 pounds and 8%BF 5 11". I've ran about two test cycles a year for the last fifteen years without any sides. BUT at the end of this last cycle without even noticing any symptoms I developed a hard lump under my nipple. It's a tiny bit sore but it's firm. I heard by this point it's irreversible ? My question is if I already finished my PCT can I use extra Clomid or Tamo ? All recommendations welcome.
 
I'd get bloods to ID if its E or prolactin and run Raloxifene instead of tamox . It is the only one that seems to actually shrink the gland. Longer you wait more chance of its irreversibility.
