Gyno after 2 days? Really..?

So listen to this BS..

I am literally on my 2nd day of this cycle and BOOM, gyno is already kicking in. I have some discomfort/mild pain around my left nipple area. I've take this cycle (back in the day) before and never had this problem.

This is everything I am currently taking..

100mg of 1-AD
300mg of 4-AD
(Suppose to take both twice a day, but I didn't yet today because of the gyno ).
Fish Oil
Milk Thistle
Multivitamins
Whey Protein
BCAAs
Taurine


Anyone have any advice on what I can take on-cycle to help reduce gyno safely?

Read up on some Letro bro.
 
This is all in your head. Gyno does not accumulate that quickly and neither 1AD nor 4AD are that fast-acting.

Well the itching started yesterday and now when I touch around the area, it hurts. It's not excruciating pain, but it hurts.
 
what is your bodyfat at?
 
hmmmmm, that eliminates that one.... (high bodyfat = lots of aromatase enzymes)

Yeah I'm not sure. This is very odd to me.

Do you think I should take something else on cycle, or just push through to see if it gets better/worse?

Hounustly Bro if your having problems like that this early in the game I say end it now. Maybe look into some heavy duty AI's and pick back up when u have them in your hand.
