I've got a question...since estrogen is stored in fat cells, will estrogen levels be significantly decreased if someone has gynecomastia removal surgery? I looked on the internet for the answer, but didn't see anything. Thanks for looking.
It's not stored in fat cells, but it is where most aromatization occurs. However, estrogen levels are also influenced by a myriad of factors, so it is near impossible to identify 1 sole cause of high estrogen levels.
