Stats - 6'2 184 (weighed day before staring glycobol)
Purchased - 2 bottles
Goal - Weight and Strength gain without much body fat accumulation. I'm pretty lean, and hope to stay that way as I progress towards 195-200 lbs.
Other Supps - Creatine, Beta-alanine, BCAA, Whey. I have been taking all these regularly. Consequently, Glycobol is the only new addition.
Day 1 -
Taking the recommended 1 capsule with carbs to assess for tolerance.
- No negative or positive results to note
Took a second capsule in the PM
- No negative or positive results to note
Went to the gym
- Great workout, but nothing I would attribute to the supplement
Day 2 -
2 capsules in the AM with ~50 carbs.
- No negative or positive results to note
2 capsules in the PM with 50+ carbs.
- No negative or positive results to note
Went to gym
- Another great workout the quality of which I would not yet attribute to the supplement.
Additional notes
- I feel warmer, like my body temp is raised.
- No pumps or mood boost as reported by other users.

- Still noticing feeling a bit warmer (aside from the better weather outside)

Day 5 -
2 capsules in the AM with ~50 carbs. Took the capsules about 15 mins before the food.
- No difference in effect. Still noticing a warming effect.
2 capsules in the PM with 75+ carbs.
- Nothing to report
Went to gym
- I had preplanned to move up the weights on a couple exercises and did so. The heavier weights were easier than I expected.
Day 6 -
2 capsules in the AM with probably 40 g of carbs. Once again I tried taking capsules earlier.
- Looking in the mirror I felt my abs were showing more and that there was noticably less fat in that area. There was no difference in the amount of sleep or post dinner calorie intake (if anything I'd say I've increased daily calorie intake by ~300) so I feel this may be attributable to glycobol. I will continue to monitor and report this development.

- Again upped the weights as I had already planned to do. It was a very solid workout.

2 capsules in the AM with around 25g of carbs.
- Still noticing reduction of body fat on abs. No other effects to report (the warming seems regular and I will discontinue discussing it)
2 capsules in the PM with ~75g of carbs.
- Nothing to report

Week 1 review -
- Not noticing any increased pumps, vascularity, or mood enhancement
- Noticing warming effect, reduction in abdominal fat, possible increase in strength
- Weight is at 185 (1 pound up)
- Still to early to make any concrete judgments, but so far I am pleased. I only expect incremental change, so noticing a reduction in abdominal fat this early to me is surprising. I wasn't after the effects other people have touted so I am not disappointed by the absence of them.
