been taking it for about a month at only 5 mg every day once a day.
i noticed little to no endurance in rep work.
A LOT of endurance in cardio.
i did gain some muscle (even though i was on PCT!!!)
ate whatever i wanted (still healthy though, just more red meat and complex carbs)
i the only time i would recommend for a strength athlete or bodybuilder is for PCT or as an add on to a cycle (keeps your lipid values somewhat normal and should lower blood pressure significantly i heard.)
now i know i was on a low dose but should i taper off of it (less liquid in the dropper every day), or just finish it in normal doses and get off? i suppose it'll be hard to get a reply since it's a relatively new chemical...
