Answered GW-501516 (Cardarine) dosing

What company are you using? And I've been taking 20mg a day for the past 3 weeks and I've noticed an increase in my endurance but not so much at all in terms of fat loss

Can we list sarm companies here? I was looking at a few brands to go with most were 10 mg a cap but I wanted to know what people here were taking.

Is 20 mg high? Have you tried 100 mg? It's supposed to burn fat like crazy right?
 
Hmm good point I am not sure since they don't allow sourcing however sarms aren't illegal I'd assume so. I have not tried 100 mgs, mine is dosed at 10 mg a cap as well I'm taking two split morning and night.

Wouldn't it make more sense to take at once when you're working out? I didn't think you needed it in your system while your sleeping. How would you compare the effect on exercise? Like ginseng or dmaa?

Half life is 12-24 hours so best to split it evenly throughout the day
 
100mg isn’t going to do anything but hurt you.


20mg a day is what IFBB pros with brains are using, you don’t need more than them.

I also use 20mg a day.

If it’s for real, 20mg is a lot.
 
Take mine 20mg all in the a.m. I use it to reduce lethargy whilst on cycle. You don't feel it working. It doesn't work like clen. It's more of a background supplement. Don't rely on it as the main compound of a cycle and I wouldn't go to 100mg
 
Yeah, you definitely don’t feel it working. You’ll suddenly notice you’re not getting winded very easily, though. Like, really really not very easily.

Is the 20 mg based off anything? I know there were some animal studies but no human ones I know of. Anyone get sick off higher doses?

Edit: Looks like one study tested it at 1-10 mg for 3 months without any issues. 3 other studies used around the same doses without issue.

Human trial used up to 1mg and endurance was enhanced significantly over a period of weeks.

20mg would do this 20x faster, enhancing endurance in as little as 1 dosage or a few days.

This would be an appropriate human dosage for performance enhancement.
 
The most I’ve seen anyone use is 50mg. I don’t believe they got any more shedded than if they were just using the clen and winstrol and anavar they were also on.

can please point to link for this one, i never see this (will look google now). only (ronald evans) mouse study at 5mg/kg, which h.e.d's to about 38mg for 100 kilo man. thx.

yes - drug companies like to $olve disease states - i know of "non-athlete" work. main thing of gw was "endurance!!!!" and worry by wada about olympics - and that all based on ronald evans mouse study - gsk and ligand not make fat diseased men lift weights and do cardio :-) thanks for look though my friend :-)
 
5mg will work fine. You notice it when doing long cardio. Endurance really kicks in and you can keep going. I used to do long sessions and this would keep me fired up.

BUT- I couldn’t lose any weight. I found my appetite come back like crazy. It didn’t help my goals at all except waste the day away on the Elliptical
 
Been great reading these posts , any one used for a period longer than 3-6 weeks and how long did you take a break before restarting a cycle of GW

Same here. I think it’s main benefit regarding fat loss is that you’ll lose a smaller amount of muscle and a greater amount of fat whilst cutting which wouldn’t show on the scales
 
These studies in Australia were on humans, they go up to 12 weeks and the highest dose used is 10mg, all the studies showed no adverse side effects of using the chemical, I use it for body building, I’ve noticed on every lift my muscles fail way before I get out of breath, fat loss is mostly down to diet, here’s the link.
