Guys who are incapable of looking good while natty.

So I know a few guys who are just incapable of having a good physique unless they take gear. They have to rely on gear to get cut and have low bodyfat. Is this common?

I mean I understand the point of people wanting to use gear once you hit a plateau and have a great physique to begin with. But what about the guys who no matter what they do , or how commited they are, their bodies just won't develop a good physique naturally? Would you consider this cheating and a knock against men who work their ass off and gain everything without the use of anabolics?

For those of you who do everything on your own without the use of gear, how does it make you feel knowing about these people who look like **** but then they abuse gear for 3-4 months to build their physique?

In all honesty, if someone can't look good without gear, something is wrong. Low T, sleep apnea, thyroid issues, e2 issues. Of course this depends on what you define as "good." If gear is needed to get cut, even with a good diet and routine, then see a doctor.

Single digit bodyfat with mass is not attainable unless you take gear for most people. A guy can get down to 11 or 12 % with a good diet and solid workout routine but most people cannot get any lower naturally. For the ones that have to rely on gear to do this, how do you feel about that? Are you natty?

piss poor opinion, cutting down and looking "cut" are two different levels of dieting, to get down into low bf% while maintaining mass is slightly more difficult than what youved mention as possible problems...

Exactly. Losing bodyfat is one thing and attainable by most. Getting cut is another story!

It really depends on what you're definition of "looking good" is. To get in good shape and look good on the beach should be attainable with a few years of consistent hard work, proper nutrition, and sleep. But if "looking good" is looking like an IFBB physique or bodybuilder pro, then that look isn't attainable naturally. People who choose to run heavy amounts of gear right from day 1 are not wise. They may look great in a few short months, but I can assure you that they won't be able to maintain their condition and will most likely back track severely when they come off cycle.

Truthfully with proper nutrition and training anyone can get big or get cut, but being big and cut is where the drugs come in. Holding mass with that photoshop shrink wrapped look is due to the drugs.

Not really. I'm not huge but at 5'8 and 175-180 I'm well into single digits and did so on 10-20mg of winstrol, I don't have very good genetics. My arms are about 17", quads just under 26" and have a 28" waist. Def not huge, but not small.

It's an easy way out, imo, to say yiu HAVE to use gear. It took me a hell of a lot longer to get down this low bf wose w no real assistance but not impossible. You're not gonna be a monster but can still look pretty damn good.

Bottom line:
If they haven't built a foundation first, then they're only cheating themselves.

This whole conversation is relative to what looks "good" to you. I am 6'2 and I spent my late 20s at around 190 and sat around 7.5 percent body fat. I looked damn good. Haha but IFBB good? Never happening without drugs, especially at my height. Just work as hard as you can and it can come. Just do not shortchange yourself by thinking you can only do it with drugs.

P.s. and there are still a lot of dummies that look bad with gear. If these people are only looking good on, then be happy to know you will look better longer because they are merely renting their physique!
