Guy harassing girlfriend at work

My girlfriend works at a beauty supply a couple doors down from a tanning place, this guy at the tanning place always goes into her work and tries talking to her and asking her out for drinks. She's told him she has a boyfriend, they are a no soliciting store for one(he always tries to get her to go tan), her boss has called his before to tell him to stop going on there store, he gets in trouble for leaving their store unattended. He tries Hollering at her and whistling for him to come over across the parking lot.

Now, I've never seen the guy, he went to her store right after I left a bit ago, for the second time. She was by herself.

I know for a fact I could stomp the guy even though I'm recovering from shoulder surgery. I really have no desire to though.

Can I/should I call his store and talk to him or his boss? Go to the store and tell him to **** off because not only has he been told to stop going there but he's harassing her? Basically is there any way I could get in legal trouble for telling him to **** off unless he wants to eat his own ****?
 
Call the cops lol keeps your ass out of jail and it puts his ass on their radar. I'm sure that your gf could get a restraining order or something, courts LOOOVE to hand those out. Almost as much as the guys in white vans love giving kids free candy.
 
You can't get in trouble for confronting him about it. Only if you were to physically/verbally abuse him. And really only verbal abuse if he's a pu$$y. But if I were you, I'd calmly go over to his work and let him know that your her boyfriend and she isn't interested no matter what he does.

Now, if he gets angry and everything, make sure he swings first. And try to walk away before anything starts. That would show to the police if/when they got involved that you weren't trying to instigate/fight him.
 
They're actually still open so I called up there to see if a manager was working. I ended up talking to him and he told me his manager was at another store right now. I didn't mention anything to him, I just said okay have a goodnight.

The manager new who I was talking about and said since he leaves their store unattended it's grounds for termination. She said she would take care of it and to apologize to my girlfriend for her. Lol

A lot easier than I expected, I figured it was run by a bunch of childish people and my luck he would be the manager lol we will see if it gets taken care of or not.

Side note, ashwagandha does seem to work some. I normally would have went off when I new I was on the phone with him, but I kept it cool. I seem to not get as mad lately since taking it.
 
I have to answer this as a responsible father and husband, not the guy I USED to be. If hes as cocky and arrogant as he seems to be, by continuing what hes doing with all the warnings hes had, you going over, peacefully or not, will probably make him worse, almost daring you to do something physical. If YOU call the law, he will see it as weakness and may do the same. Have her call, and file a formal complaint. When the police come to talk to her, make sure her boss is there to verify everything and state that hes even said something. All I can offer

Believe me, if I wasn't in school and trying to start a career it would have happened differently.. Lol my girlfriend seems to be a target for harassment at work.

We used to work together at a pizza place when we first started dating and a guy there was actually sexually harassing her. I told her, "tell the manager tomorrow or I'll take care of it and it won't be pretty."

The next day the owner was in to fire the guy lol
 
It's so sad were in such weak sappy society where we can't even fight without getting arrested. I miss the old days where you'd fight and just be told it's over when it was done... Sigh... Pu$$y society
