Gut Health Alternatives

Evomuse Gut Health is out of stock everywhere I checked. Can anyone recommend an alternative that would compliment a high protein diet?

Ive been running oral bpc 157 and Man Sports propf3. It is helping somewhat with my gut issues, I have IBS and I believe SIBO. I'm having harder stools now, but sometimes I still do get some GI distress even with these depending on what I take for pre workout or if I eat super greasy/fatty foods.

Unless supplementing a specific strain for a specialized/targeted reason I don't recommend supplementing with probiotics. Too unpredictable of an outcome when mixed with your already diverse gut biome.

I also advise against cheap prebiotics like FOS/Inulin. They aren't specific/exclusive enough with which bacteria it feeds; good or bad.

You are better off learning to nourish and fix your gut biomome via diet, supplementation and professional care.

That all said: Digestive enzymes would be a better bet for helping with a high protein diet. Help break down and absorb all those nutrients better.

I've seen GI Juice's profile over at Strong Supplement Shop and i've seen others use it. I personally have not used it before but haven't seen any negative reviews on it.

Another shout for digestive enzymes.

GI juice is something I’ve always fancied trying but have always ended up sticking with Digezyme tablets. Much better cost profile (3 months supply for less than £8) and can be easily taken out when at restaurants.

I have them with virtually every meal now.
