Guide on what requires PCT

The Axe Man Cometh!!
Hey guys is there a guide or general rules to follow on what supps will need a PCT?

I remember when PHs first hit the market and it was easy to know back then but with all the compounds out now-a-days I’m finding it more difficult to navigate and researching for the last couple of weeks isn’t really giving me any concrete results. I picked up some Ursa Gel, Suppress C, and 7-OXO – adding one or more of these into the last month of my cutting year, which I’m pretty sure don’t need PCT but looking for when I start bulking again and wanted to avoid any thing needing PCT…for now anyway.

A bit of background: been lifting since high school, turned bodybuilder, turned powerlifter, competed in both and did ‘OK’ – yes I did run a few cycles. Was misdiagnosed with a degenerative joint disorder and left the gym life in sadness and despair, refocused my energy into my work for the last 13 years, nearly died in 2023 but got a correct diagnosis (autoimmune disorder affecting connective tissues), received treatment and happy to be able to move again without severe pain. Found myself barely able to move though and at 216lbs of pure blubber. Been working out for the past year, hitting the weights again hard for the past 4 months and now my stats are 5’7, 165.6lbs, 13.8% BF ..yea the last part is more humble brag than background.

Any info is greatly appreciated!

Those do not need a PCT. You're good to go with those. I don't know if there is a list anywhere of what is suppressive but it would be constantly changing as new steroids, SARMS, PHs, etc., come to market.

I think you'll like those products. if you move into epiandrosterone most people will recommend a PCT. the only PCT I run for even epi is super mild natty approach though. Alpha Gel, M-Test etc. or from the iconic line, sustain alpha. XPG had a fantastic epiandro gel which I'm using now, and iconic has ultra epi and ultra hard. I liked both, although I like the andro in ultra hard. I did the same pct every time, just natty stuff.

Very good info! I was looking into some supps for when the muscle memory gains start to subside and this looks like a good one. Thinking about stocking up on some items in case RFK plans to make stricter guidelines. I might never use it but you know it's a have on hand kind of mentality.

I do get a full metabolic panel run quarterly so most markers I can keep an eye on, I'd ask for some hormonal checks but I got a feeling that might raise some eyebrows.
depends on the doctor. my female doctor things I look like a healthy lifter and doesn't want to dabble in my hormones but she would order the check for me when I pressed. male doctors I have met are quicker to explore. My ex wife's husband gets his hormones checked annually because he's looking forward to the day he can justify trt.

it's possible, but RFK is a pro TRT guy and my guess is his push will be for anything that makes masculinity great again.

If your not on anything hormonal, then it should not be a problem in the least.
Its nice to know your hormone levels as you age.
