Guidance on my diet

How does my diet look?

I see so many mixed things about protein consumption. Some say 1 gram per LB some say 2. Just trying to get an idea from others where I could add some changes to improve.

Still holding fat in mid section but getting leaner.

Doing 40 min cardio at 110-120 heart rate 7 days a week

I’m on a 4 day split.
Chest
Legs
Back
Shoulders / arms

I eat high carbs when training except on shoulder and arm day.

My current macros for training days

404grams of carbs
59grams of fat
220grams protein

Non training days

172 grams of carbs
58 grams fat
150 grams protein

I would keep the protein consistent or at least close to consistent. Remember we grow while we're resting. I like the carb cycle approach. As long as your total calories are on point and your eating mostly nutrient rich foods I like it.

Meat, rice, potatoes, fruit and vegetables.

Keep the junk low if yiu can and stay hydrated

Ya, I'd keep doing what yiur doing, add a little more protein on rest days and adjust calories accordingly as you need to gain weight

Overall, it’s looking good, man! Well most of the time when you add meat, eggs, and loads of fruits and vegetables to your Invalid Link Removed, it does the work easily. I just keep myself crazily hydrated and eat bowls of different fruits and vegetables salads from time to time and I think it’s actually working great for me.

I only eat a banana for breakfast. Maybe I’ll incorporate some more fruits
