Honestly, about the same. Not igf-2's fault though. it's my diet and training being inconsisent. Stuff works great!!

Seriously, this has been trhe most time pressed times I've had since i was working 60 hours a week. Actually, if you count the time I put in on website stuff, 40 hours job, and working the door at the country club on weekends sometimes, I'm probably close to it.
Thats more to blame than anything.

The log started out great, then kinda fell apart for personal reasons. No reflection on App Nut at all.

Flat bench: 135x10, 155x8, 175x4
Skulls: 50x12, 60x6, 50x10, 60x7
Bodyweight Dips: 12, 6

Note: today was short, but I was toast at the end. When I cant bang out dips 10-15 at a time, even after doing other exercies, my tri's are done.

IGF-2 remains a great test booster. I'm not seeing the crazy hunger I was at the outset. This one gets a big :thumbsup: from me so far.

2 words: PEANUT BUTTER!!!!

I was up about 3 in the 2 weeks after the log got started. I was eating more, but not as much as I wanted to. I'm guessing I would have been up 5 lbs in 2 weeks, if i had a bigger food budget.

I took a break from the log and was down about 5-6. I'm back to where I started now.

IGF-2 dosing: 4

Bi's/shoulders
Alt Hammer curls: 30x10, 30x13, 30x10
Standing barbell curls: 50x15, 60x10, 60x9
Alt. bent over lateral raises: 15x15, 20x15, 25x12
Rear lats (on a machine): 50x15, 60x15, 70x11
Shoulder press (machine): 25x15, 25x20, 40x15

Note: I had a dislocated shoulder about a year ago, and its still not the same. I could feel it acting a little funny on the shoulder presses. I've done shoulders maybe 5x in the past year due to the injury. I'm gonna stop worrying about re-injuring it, and start training it...carefully.

IGF-2 update:
hunger experienced at outset coming back some. Killed half a large pizza during the USF game, no problem. Not as high test today as in the past few days.
