Man I need some of the heat lol. Wicked chest workout brother!!! I can see your volume is up there too.

Right so today was back...

My favourite day :)

Rack pulls-

405x 3
495x 5 (3 sets)
582? (6plates each side) x3
630x 2 (PR)!!!!!!
495x 5 (final set)

My back is fried! Also I've been practising breathing with my belt and it seriously helps!!

T-bar rows-

5 plates x failure (1 set)

Wide grip lat pulldowns-

Right so here is todays update (for yesterday)

I didnt train today as my alarm went off but i must have snoozed it and gone back to sleep?
Clearly my body and mind needed it.

Yesterdays Chest session-

Flat bench-

IG Video- Invalid Link Removed

And thats it :)

Thanks man... Keep meaning to record but it's a pain to set up the camera.

Need to get you a small adjustable tripod. They run about $5

Solid chest lifts brother!!! My strength is gone to hell since dropping this close to 40 lbs in last 3 n half months.

Perhaps I'll grab a small gorilla pod and use that :)

It's a nightmare when dropping weight but maintaining. Strength.

Right so today was shoulders-

Seated MP-

Bar x10
90 x15 (3 sets)
135 x8 (3 sets)

Arnold press-

60x failure (4 sets)

Then I decided on a bit of active recovery for my back day... Still a little sore from those 600+lb rack pulls lol.

Deficit deads-

3" @225lb x 6 (speed work, 4 sets)

Tried a one handed deadlift today too... Everyone thought it was great lol..

225 x2... Easy weight but very hard to keep it straight lol.

And that's it for today :)

STIMZ is keeping me looking lean which is awesome... I've actually changed my diet a few days into this but forgot to mention it...

I'm basically recomping while using STIMZ, it's working great!

I'm getting bigger, but staying lean

That is awesome! I'll give that a go later when I'm ready to do a recomp!

Guys... Apologies for no updates since Thursday.

My gf is heavily pregnant and is in the last 2weeks.... She's been having a lot of brackston hicks, pains etc.

So I haven't been to the gym this weekend at all.

I did manage a session Friday though, so I'll post that now :)

Box squats-

315x 5
350x 5

That alone took 30mins haha

SLDLs-

315x 5 (3 sets) explosive reps.
350x 3 (3 sets) explosive

Was going to work up to 405... But ran out of time so blasted some ham curls...

Ran out of time as I didn't plan to do box squats, but mentally I felt like I wanted to when actually training.

No gym today guys, my final review will be up over the weekend :)

Thanks man! Some really awesome workouts and great logging! Looking forward to your review!

Right guys.... Final review.

I originally started doing this log as a pure cut, however about 2 weeks in I decided to shift towards a recomp..

I wasn't sure what to expect as during the cut it was actually really good and I leaned up quite quickly, including not holding much water either.

For a recomp it was a similar story, it tried to keep water down but was harder as I was eating more carbs and sodium... However I did get no fatter, just kept the same level of leanness (around 12%) so not super lean but to be fair I'm not hugely concerned about that.

It has been a great run and taking 2 tabs a day was the sweet spot for sure, I don't think 1 a day would be enough, well for me anyway.

The energy was mild and not greatly noticeable, but to be fair I'm a stim junkie and need around 400+mg per workout to feel it, so as a standalone preworkout it doesn't work IMO... Also I know it's not designed to be used like that.

Overall it has been a great run and I've enjoyed it, it didn't curb hunger at all but then it doesn't claim to.

It's a product that I found to be a great addition to a recomp.

Thanks again to FINAFLEX and everyone who followed along.

I wanted to tag you all but I lost count haha.

Nice Log and Great Review, Finaflex always puts out good stuff and from the looks of your review this is no different!

I too get massive relief in the hunger dept. But thats how it works, what is effective for me might not be for the next dude bro.

Awesome log and review man. I'll try and get a review section up this week for it.

Yep, a great review to go with a great log! Thanks for taking the time and effort on this, it helps everyone!

Awesome log and great review!!! When you do another log let me know.
