This is a really easy recipe to do, that tastes DELICIOUS and has a decent macronutrient breakdown. All you need is the following:
2 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (I trim the fat off mine, also)
A package of Lipton Sides Chicken & Broccoli rice
Tbsp of butter (optional)
Just cut your chicken breasts into small squares to your liking, fix your chicken breasts how you fix them, sometimes i cook mine on the foreman, sometimes I fry them in olive oil, and cook the rice. The rice only takes 7 mins to cook so this is really quick and easy. Then combine the 2 and PRESTO! You have chicken and rice that isn't bland, and tastes very good. I put garlic salt and Lemon Pepper seasoning in my chicken tonight as I cooked it, and it was pretty nice!
