Grila Jujitsu's totally anabolic stack!

I went up to a BJJ tourny in Austin today and I really should have competed because I always sub the guy that won the division I would have been in.
 
Day 20 Mon

DAY 20 MON

WORKOUT: CHEST

Incline bench: 6 reps 185lb, 6reps 185lb, 8reps 165lb, 10reps 155lb, 12reps 145lbs.
dumbbell flat bench: 8reps 75lbs, 8reps 75lbs, 10reps 70lbs, 10reps 70lbs, 12 reps 65lbs.
dumbbell decline flies: 8reps 45lbs, 8reps 45lbs, 10reps 40lbs, 12 reps 35lbs.
close grip reverse grip bench: 10 reps 135lb, 15reps 115lb with rubbers, 20 reps 95lb with rubbers.

I did the usual i dosed 30grams of bcaa's in my gal of H2O + 2 scoops posiedon, sipped all day and night. Took my retain2 right before the gym and right after. while i was at the gym i sipped on 1 scoop of purple wraath and a extra 20 grams of BCAA's.took some cytomax before my workout. After my workout i drank a whey protein shake with 5 grams of bcaa's.

OVERVIEW: to day i was much stronger i had no struggles with getting the weight up! so far the transformation has come quick. the strength is a little slower but its on the rise.

WORKOUT: BACK

BACK LIFTS: 6reps 45lb, 6reps 45lb, 8reps 35lb, 10reps 25lb, 12reps 10lb.
BENT OVER BARBELL ROWS: 8reps 145lb, 8reps 145lb, 10reps 125lb, 10reps 125lb, 12reps 105lb.
SEATED CABLE ROW: 8reps 170lb, 8reps 170lb, 10reps 160lb, 12reps 150lb.
LAT PULL DOWN: 8reps 105lbs each arm, 10reps 95lbs each arm, 12reps 85lbs each arms.


OVERVIEW: Again my back is looking great im looking more and more swoll ! i was a little weak this day, i think it was the judo that did it i was doing 2 30's where you have 2 partners and you run back and forth and have to throw them as hard and fast as you can.

SUPERSETS
military press 70lbs each arm 10 reps, then dumbbell side raise 25lbs, dumbbell rear delt raise 25lb, upright row 70lb, and trap dumbbell raise 95lbs.
4miles of cardio.

Took my retain2 right before the gym and right after. while i was at the gym i sipped on 1 scoop of purple wraath and a extra 20 grams of BCAA's.took some cytomax before my workout. OVERVIEW: Felt strong, i was having still an easyer time pressing lifting the weight. the only problem is that i did get a little tired at the 3rd set. I think it was because of the stress of finals right now! im getting heart palpitations from it!

INCLINE DUMBBELL CURL: 8reps 30lbs, 8reps 30lbs, 10reps 25lbs, 12reps 20lb.
CRAZY 8'S: 1 set.

OVERVIEW: Holy cow, my friggen bi's are so pumped tight now. i can see 3 veins in 1 bi and 2 in the other! i love it! i had 2 guy in the gym come up and ask me what juice i was hittin! i had to laugh because they were the 2 biggest roiders in the gym!

OVERVIEW: Well im up 10 pounds in strength. i will be testing how strong i am on flat bench next week! im going to be going to mexico soon and im hating the fact that they may not let me bring my supps on board the plane.

OVERVIEW: I had a great workout. usually i have such bad back workouts, but today was great! i had no problems with it being to much weight!

OVERVIEW: I had massive pumps yesterday ! so far im up 1 extra pound sense my last weigh in !
 
well today i started the power stack ! i am doing the retain2, pslin, anabolic switch, bulk bcaa's and now i also am using 2 scoops of purple wraath!

so today was the beginning of the totally anabolic cycle. i sipped on 30grams of bcaa's all day. took my pslin 15min before my first meal and ate 79 grams of slow digesting carbs with 1 retain2, 30 mins later i took a sample of vasocharge. at the gym i sipped on 2 scoops of purple wraath and 10 extra grams of bcaa's. when back from the gym i had 1 serving (3scoops) of anabolic switch. then 3 mins later i had a huge meal with fast digesting carbs and protien and 1 retain2.

OVERVIEW: i like the pslin. the workout was ok im a little weaker sense mexico! i like this stack i feel it is helping me with my strength even though i tryed to maintain while in mex.

OVERVIEW: well today was cool legs were strong i think from all the stairs i did at the resort in mex! again i hate legs days!!
 
i will be switching to fast digesting carbs with the pslin. i wanted to see how the slow digesting carbs work with it. its ok .

ISO LAT PULL DOWN MACHINE: 6 REPS 115 EACH ARM, 8 REPS 105LBS, 10 REPS 95LBS, 10 REPS 95LBS.

well i decided sense i wasnt getting any attention that i would change my log to a weekly up date type.

it was a cool. week my strength is up. i have gained 3 sold pounds. i was weak at first. week 2 will be easier for my to give you more info.
