Sleep Overview: I realized that my tournament was in 2.5 weeks, so i decided that i am going to steer my training a way from weights and towards cardio/mma/judo training. 3-4 days a week i will do workouts at home no weights just regular old workouts like push ups! now back to my log...relaxation has been great usually i get all excited and nerves thinking about how well am i going to do, but while on this im so chill and relaxed bro's! my sleep has been just what the doctor ordered! lol i keep dreaming about taking first and the throws or sweeps im going to do. today i am fully recovered no soreness at all!

I hope the results last longer than the log man....if you have 2 1/2 weeks left...seems you only have 10 days on log.

oh, dont worry they have! sorry, i have taken such a long time logging... i have really enjoyed it and have tried to be very detailed. If there is anything i can do to make up for taking such a long time i will do it? i have all my days written on paper and im logging them in here! today i will be placing 3 more today, i will most likely be finished by tomorrow! Also, im going to continue the log for a little longer! i have enjoyed the log so much i bought a ghsr stack and am going to continue logging it in here, if that is ok with you? Also, when this log is on day 30 (in my log) i will start a thread inviting all the other testers, to give an overview of there experiences and answer any questions that people might have (1 will be in the supp section and 1 in mst section). what do you think of that?

Thanks
GJJ

I think that's a solid idea overall, and I thank you for putting forth the effort to make something like that happen.

really? tell me more?

**active stretches and isometric stretches should not be part of your warm-up because they are often counterproductive. The goals of the warm-up are (according to Kurz): "an increased awareness, improved coordination, improved elasticity and contractibility of muscles, and a greater efficiency of the respiratory and cardiovascular systems." Active stretches and isometric stretches do not help achieve these goals because they are likely to cause the stretched muscles to be too tired to properly perform the athletic activity for which you are preparing your body.**

Im glad to hear I could help. Stretching improperly can really hamper your raw ability for a lot of things.

thanks! i hope that my log has been able to help you and everyone else. i just cant get over how great this stack is! my tourny went so well! i beat the #1 guy with ease.

Have you tried the GHSR stack or either of the products?

If you have any questions feel free to ask me.

Thanks
GJJ

P.S. lol I know i am way to enthusiastic about my log and helping people.

i just started this stack yesterday. i can tell you that as an insomniac i have tried everything from otc to script-klonipin/ambien/trazodone. the scripts work very well for a few days then lose effetiveness. well the first night on somnidren/zmk i got to sleep remarkably well, as good as the scripts-no kidding. i am hoping that like the op i will continue to get these results after the first few days. one thing i can say for sure-this stack Will help you sleep.
