So, as it would appear, my old forum disappeared.

A friend referred me to AM, so i wanted to introduce myself.

I am 5"11
200lbs - 205 depending on water
12.44% BF - Caliper
I have been working out for 13 years - i am 26.
I played college sports, retired from that now and focus on lifting.

I have done 5-6 cycles of PH's before moving on to, what was recently... my first actual "gear" cycle.

As with anything, my first PH was the most effective, and it was also the most mild - as i got to the 3rd and 4th, the concept of diminishing returns kicked in and i gained strength, but hardly any weight despite my solid diet and exercise.

The first Gear cycle was Test E @ 400 weeks 1-12 + Deca weeks 3-15 + PCT.

I gained about 12 lbs of solid mass from that - i've kept 11 of them because i am a nazi about PCT. However, i did lose roughly 3% BF. (from 15 - 12)

I am waiting to get my receptors clean and going to work on my second actual cycle. I came here for information and advice - i hear there's good folks here.
