Green Tea Extract

What's everyone using for EGCG? I'm using Walmart green tea extract but it's under dosed...

I use SNS Green Tea in the winter when i feel like the anti-oxidant properties can help me stay healthy (avoid sickness). If i remember correctly it's 500mg caps standardized 50% EGCG.

Edit: and like most sns bulk stuff it's dirt cheap lol

I would definitely go with SNS Green Tea rather than the walmart stuff. It's better quality.

Go with SNS or NP/SP. The NP/SP is a fantastic value and last's me a whole year at 1 cap daily. I bought this during 2016 BF/CM sale.
