Green Tea extract and ALCAR in solution??

Green tea... wouldn't touch it.

I have a flavoured mixture of the following before every workout:

4g CEE
3g ALCAR
5g CM

I then take caps that total 1g of green tea.

After workout:

4g CEE.
 
i know alcar can be mixed right before you drink it, i was just wondering how long it would remain in solution. I guess its a dumb idea when i can just mix it into some water and pound it
 
uuugh, taking green tea without capping .... i was fine for a while then i started to gag every time i would THINK about it.. even when I first opened the bottle of scorch.. the green tea smell made me want to vomit

i got better....
 
what do you guys add to mask CEE flavor?

i have bunch of powders i wana mix, but im afraid the taste will kill me.

i wana add green teat extract, CEE, piracteam, Alcar and other powders.

Crystal Light works great. Green Tea extract is nasty....be prepared to gag.

I've got to the point where I can throw the ALCAR to the back of my throat and down it with water.

Where can I get capping supplies? I hated the taste so much I just stopped taking it. If I can find a way to cap it, I'll start using it again.

Thanks, its much appreciated. But where can I find capsules that will fit in this machine? And how well does this work? It seems fairly cheap...not that I mind as long as it does its job.
 
1 - Capping Machine
2 - Capping Tamper (for the less dense powders such as green tea \ certain nootropics - used to push down and condense in capsule)
3 - 1000 empty gelatin capsules

1-how to figure out how much packing powder you want to put in. This is a great thread that DOES THE MATH FOR YOU, so you can't screw it up!

2- if ALCAR is going to be a good candidate for DIY capsuling. From what I remember I didn't put my ALCAR in caps because it was supposedly very hard, since it is very hydrophillic.
That's why it dissolves so easily in water, which is why I just throw it in water and drink it up!
