Greek Sprint Program

Hey guys. Not sure if I'm allowed to ask questions regarding sprint training here, but I took a chance as I'm desperate for information and knowledge.

So, it was mostly used with Katerina Thanou and Kostas Kenteris. It was based on Ivan Abadjiev's methods and philosophy on weightlifting, maxing out 2-3 times a day for like 4-6 times a week. Only 4 exercises etc. High intensity, frequency and specificity. Now the sprinters' program was something like 3on, 1off, 2on, 2off, 2on, 4off - 2x3x100/200 (one set morning, one set afternoon), with 30min between runs and 6hours between sets. No jumps or plyos, although Christos Tsekos (their coach), said he had "a special method of strengthening and stretching exercise".

So, that is what I know, from Charlie Francis' "The Classics", and I would like to know more, please. If anyone would like to discuss and help, I would very much appreciate it.
