Great mass workout

I used the LN hypertrophy workout w/ some extra sets for my last 2 SD cycles. worked great. But be sure you watch the resistance because your strength will move up FAST on SD, but your tendons and connective tissue will not. I kept it safe and used a linear progression program, but made sure I was using max effort for ALL my reps.

This is silly.

Your training and nutrition should be producing results before starting a hormone. The hormone/supplement should compliment training and nutrition.

Yeah... Ditto for what Red said.

Think about it this way. Any routine you start alongside a PH will be a complete waste of PH. The routine is new to you, your body is not used to it, you don't even know your limits on that routine, the gains in the beginning will be ridiculous as far as strength goes as you become adjusted to the new routine and begin to build muscle memory on how to perform the exercise correctly and to the fullest.

Why would you add a PH if you don't even know how your body will be reacting? So say you waste 2 weeks to actually pin point the exact weight that is at your physical limit, and all of a sudden, you're already almost done with your cycle. What was the point in that? What was accomplished with that? Absolutely nothing.

If you're gonna go for a new routine, get to your max, get used to it, get natural gains first, progress until you hit a wall and only then add a PH or Steroid. Specially something as strong as SD.

I.E.: DC routine, awesome for natural gains, but until you have all the 6 different sets mastered as to what is the ideal weight and rep range for you to be at, you're pretty much wasting a cycle. Mastering the weight on that routine is easily a 2 month period. Once you reach full potential the constant improvement on it keeps pushing you to always beat your records. Maybe 3 - 4 months in that routine you could possibly start thinking about adding something new.

Do yourself a favor and chose a routine, stick to it for a few months, and only then add a catalyst to it.

Agreed with the previous 2 posters

How would you really know if it's the workout that's leading to any progress since you're on one of the most potent oral AAS out there? If anything, the intensity of your current program should be increased since your recovery will be increased.

sorry, I was assuming he was just asking a question, and I gave an answer assuming OP knew what he was doing, then I realized that he posted some other questions which led me to realize that he wasn't actually ready for a DS cycle.
