Great leaning/cutting workout

I just realized you asked the same question for mass on SD... not cutting on epi. you DO realize that these cycles will be like at least 4 months apart right? time on + pct = time off. so 4wk+4wk on... then 8wks off.

Assuming you know that already... the general basics for bulk/cut workouts still apply. for a good cutter, look at GVT, HIIT, high volume, low rest interval, high rep low/mid weight, super or giant sets, interval training, etc.
