I just wanted say this site is great . i have done multiple cycles thinking an otc pct would be fine alone boy was i wrong i would get big gains and in few weeks on the pct i got puffy and i crashed and lost a lot of my gains . i just thought i didnt do enough during the cycle so i would try again and same thing happend . so i disscoverd this forum and realized what i did wrong i thought novadex was nolvadex and was getting bad advise else where i guess some times you have suffer from your mistakes . i have learned a lot and my next cycle will be done right . so if anyone is reading this and thinking an otc pct alone will be fine your wrong get a serm too . i found how to get it its not that hard you found this site so finding serm the same way should not be a problem .
