Great IBE experience

With the recent backorder, I was worried about receiving my supplies for my research product. I called IBE and they hooked me up completely. I just want to say this company is top notch and remember "the greatest rewards come to those who wait." Suffice to say, all of my future research products will be from IBE.
 
I have been trying to get ahold of IBE for over 2 weeks regarding my Tamox. I have left them numerous phone messages, emails, and messages on their forums.

It's incredible that other people are getting taken care of while I sit here ignored. They NEVER answer the phone when I call, and they have not returned a single one of my messages. Do they pick and choose who to respond to or something? I have been nothing but friendly and polite in the messages I have left, and only in the last couple of days have I expressed my frustration at the lack of communication.

Why won't they call me back?!

To the mods - I have called them, posted on their forum, and PM'd them. The only reason I'm posting this here is because IBE seems to spend more time on this forum than their own.

It's been almost a month since I ordered and still no word. I'm just very frustrated at this point.

Check your email. You should have one regarding the tamox. Make sure you call them during business hours.
 
I never got that email. Strange because I received my receipts and also the Stamps tracking info at the email addy I put on my order, but no delay notification email.

Regardless, the IBE admin has responded to me over at their boards so I won't post any further on this issue over here. My apologies to the mods here if I was causing clutter, I just wanted to try every avenue possible to get a word back from them.

My first and only IBE order will be my last, also due to an overall horrible experience. Poor communication, misinformation, did not receive something I was promised, etc. I emailed repeatedly and the replies I got acted like all was well and fine and dandy, when it was actually quite the opposite. I was disappointed that a place with such a good reputation would turn out to be such a disappointment. It's back to the place I used to order from for now on, the prices may be higher but it's more reliable than IBE was.
