So thursday to sunday i will be having like 2 games a day with a morning practice and i hate eating like around the events so i will not be eating much at all over the next 4 days as we compete so im thinking today and tom im loading with food and CARBS and over the weekend wi;; be like whey protien shakes as my stomach is ok with them while doing so much activity.
 
I'd try to get in the calories any way you can - I know when I played there wasn't much time between games during tournaments, so an MRP or weight gainer may help you out. You can also try snacking on nuts and other calorie-dense food. Good luck!
