Any good ideas ?
If you are doing those ab exercises right I don't think I'd be doing them everyday.. Ab rollouts killed my abs
Invalid Link Removed Also, squat/deadlift heavy. Other than ^^ those, I haven't trained abs directly in months, maybe over a year (nor have I been dieting that well) but they're under there.

Ab workout? Some good exercise I like to do are weighted crunches, body weight crunches, stomach vacuums, and a new one I have been trying out is the rollout.. I have a dumbell at home I use to do it.
Any good ideas ?
