Great abb workout ?

Ab workout? Some good exercise I like to do are weighted crunches, body weight crunches, stomach vacuums, and a new one I have been trying out is the rollout.. I have a dumbell at home I use to do it.

I definitely like to throw in something at the end of every workout... Sometimes I'll do cable crunches, 3-5 sets between 15-25 reps, or maybe heavier, 3-5 sets between 8-12 reps. Depends how I feel.

You ever use a GHD machine for back extensions? Well, use it for situps. Grab a plate if you need to, a few sets of 20 reps should kill.

Don't forget the roman chair leg raises.

That's all I got, other than eat clean and you'll definitely see a difference.

If you are doing those ab exercises right I don't think I'd be doing them everyday.. Ab rollouts killed my abs

Yeah, I like doing them every day for some reason. Just a few sets at the end of every workout, I feel as if I don't progress if I only work abs a couple times a week.

I get crazy DOMS from working my abs, so no way I can do it over two times a week. It really depends on how hard you are working on the other days as my abs get a lot of work on leg day.

Pallof Press variations
Half-kneeling anti-rotation cable pressing
TRX Fallouts Ab rollouts (I use the EX curl bar and 10's as wheels)
McGill sit-up
Hanging leg raises

I try every other day alternating abs with cardio and it seems to work for me. Have you ever tried pikes with a like plyo ball or whatever you call it. You wouldnt think it would get your abs but it does. Also hanging knee raises are great to. And throwing in a good fat burner like throttle by menace would get them to;) oh and i forgot the most important is diet. Like i hear a lot abs are made in the kitchen. Sorry i might have went over and beyond the question.

pikes and hanging knee raises;)

Ab stabilizers and movements with TRX equipment is great. Per Sean's recommendation.
McGill has some great exercises with balls too

Also, squat/deadlift heavy. Other than ^^ those, I haven't trained abs directly in months, maybe over a year (nor have I been dieting that well) but they're under there.

I do that first one with a bar and plates. Forces the body to pull the weight back with the abs and its KILLER

I used to do vacuums daily about 50 reps... REALLY tightened me up but then actually started to cause spasms and get too tight.. Now the second I do a couple reps I start spasming again lol. Sucks.
